Shipping - "Where Can We Ship To?"

For SAIS students and alumni: Please provide your own address for shipping. The Bloomberg Center team will not be able to receive any shipments on behalf of students or alumni.

Delivery - “How soon can I receive my order?”

Orders are produced on demand following the final date the shop is open. You will receive your items 12-15 business days after the shop closes.

Delivery - “Can I change my delivery address after the order has been submitted”

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy: Due to the branded merchandise process and customization, returns will not be accepted unless products are damaged, or logo decoration does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. 

Refund Policy: Club Colors prides itself on the highest quality decoration standards. Embroidered and promo items are reviewed during several quality control steps before shipment. In the unlikely event that your logo decoration does not meet the highest quality standards, please contact us for proper resolution. No refunds will be provided without proof, and the original product is returned in full or beyond 45 days of receiving the shipment.

ORDER INFORMATION 

Order Cancellation and Changes: All sales are final once an order is submitted, so please ensure accuracy before confirming your purchase. If additional items are needed, a new order must be placed. Items removed from the order will be refunded to the original payment method, if payment had been processed.

Shipping Policy

Delivery: All items are made to order and delivery times are subject to when the program closes, and/or facility production times.

Shipping Methods: Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs vary by product, weight, dimensions, and location. Please call our toll-free number 800-249-2582 or email us if you have any questions or if you would like an estimate if you have a special circumstance.

International Shipping: Club Colors works with a 3rd party shipping company for all international shipments. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the package destination, weight, and shipment size. There is a $20.00 fee shipment for duties and taxes per package. 

Tracking Your Package: You will receive an order acknowledgment once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with the tracking number; once it has shipped with a link to the shipper, it provides the exact status of your package. Rush Orders: If you need your order to ship sooner than the stated turnaround time, please contact us. It is recommended that you speak with a Brand Advisor to ensure we can meet your date. Reach one at (800) 249-2582. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm shipping options and additional express shipping costs if required to meet your event date. As always, Club Colors will make every effort possible to meet your date.
